Here’s a list of commonly asked questions to help you get started with our services.

I would like to learn more about expired domain traffic. What can you tell me about it?

All the hits you receive on your website comes from an IP or Internet Protocol address that is verifiable and labeled with the date and time of the visit, including the type of logging agent. You’re able to see these stats and logs in your web traffic account when you use the customized reporting feature.

Traffic that comes through an expired domain is when a webmaster doesn’t renew their domain name. This name is then sold in the aftermarket. This is where you can buy domain names very cheap; even though there are still registration fees you are responsible for paying. You can also find names that are listed in the major search engines for certain keywords you want to use.

The hits you receive from the expired domain traffic are real people viewing your site. You aren’t throwing good money away when you buy traffic through us. There are places online that send you poor quality traffic in which you’ll see an influx in traffic but you won’t close any sales.

To get your visits do you use shady techniques or do you SPAM them?

We do not SPAM or use any shady techniques when we get real visitors flowing to your website. We also don’t create mass e-mails or write to any news groups.

Is a hit the same as a web visit? Or are they different?

A visit is a high quality visitor that is sent to your website. Many traffic companies cannot offer this service or they trick you into believing they’re forwarding you visitors. These traffic companies don’t even send the visitors you pay for to your website. A visit and a hit aren’t necessarily the same. A hit is considered when files load, or in this case a web page. However, many people refer to hits as visits.

What type of content do you restrict?

We run a legitimate business so we expect you to run the same. Your website needs to be legal. Your site cannot have any viruses, bad software, Trojans, or worms. We also don’t forward our visitors to any site that is racially discriminating, violent, or promotes illegal activities. If you have any of these on your site we can shut your traffic campaign down and we won’t offer a refund. You can check your website by using

How are you better than your competition in terms of web traffic services?

Most of the visitor traffic websites you see send companies low quality hits. If you decide to buy hits from them, you’ll never gain any sales because the hits don’t see your site. These companies trick you into buying these hits. Yes, you’ll see your stats jump in traffic but you’ll never see an actual sale. These places send the same visitor to many sites at the same time. When you want to buy website traffic you should ask if the hits you receive are IP unique. You should also ask how old the traffic is (12 or 24 hours) and what percent of the campaign is considered unique (60%, 70%, 80% or 100%). Our traffic campaign is 100% unique.

Is your company real and do you have a customer service department if I have any questions?

We are a legitimate company that has full-time employees dedicated to providing high quality, real traffic. We run our business 24/7/365 unlike others who do it part-time or as a hobby. We have a customer service and support department and if you have any questions, we’ll respond back to you within 24 hours, guaranteed.

Am I able to upgrade my web traffic package?

Yes you can. All you need to do is reply to the confirmation e-mail you’ll receive from us when you sign up for services. Then you’ll pay the difference between the two packages and you’re all set.

Do you offer a money back guarantee I’ll see more sales from my website?

We do not offer a money back guarantee or any guarantee you’ll earn new sales from our campaigns. We do guarantee the total number of traffic hits you purchased or we’ll send you a pro-rated refund. If we can’t complete the hits delivery in the time specified, you can continue receiving traffic until the campaign is complete or ask for a refund. It’s your choice.

**Keep in mind your web sales are dependent on multiple factors including the product or service you are offering, the content you have on your site, the prices of your services or products, and much more. We send you the visitors but you are responsible to close the sale, not us. You can always create a separate promotion or ad page to forward the visitors to if you want to increase sales. You need to figure out a way to keep the customer interested enough to buy what you have to offer.

What’s the time limit before I receive hits?

When you buy web traffic from us your campaign will start within 24 hours. Once your campaign starts, you’ll start to see an influx of visitors. These are real people viewing your site, and there will be days you’ll see more traffic than others.  If you didn’t receive an email from us within the first 24 hours of ordering our services, you need to check to see if our email is sitting in your SPAM folder, check for our address or Paypal didn’t forward us a payment notification.

How can I keep track of my hits?

You’ll be able to view all the hits you receive on your website with a free live statistics feature when you log in to your account. You’ll receive an e-mail from us that will tell you your username and password. Keep this information in a safe, secure place.

With targeted traffic, how come the visitors don’t come all at once?

Our targeted traffic service is very large; many of those hits are from the United States. Our traffic server directs hits to your site at specific time every day and it’ll go until your daily limit is reached. You can’t just turn on the traffic like you can with your tap water faucet.

Is there a reason why I’m seeing all my traffic at night time?

Again, you need to remember that our targeted traffic is not like turning on a faucet and then turning it off. These visits come from many campaigns and people are online at all hours of the day and night.  Many people shop, surf, and participate in social activities that lead well into the night.

Why doesn’t my visit number counter match up with your statistic counter?

There are several reasons why your hit isn’t registering with your counter while it is with ours.

  • A hit closes your website window before it loads
  • The user has a slow internet connection and your stats times out
  • The user’s browser is saved from previously viewing your page and the cache wasn’t cleared out
  • Your web site was down when the visit came
  • Your stat counter cannot tally up multiple sequential requests

Keep in mind that Google Analytics isn’t a good system to use to track your hits. We’ve heard from our clients that Google tracks around 10 to 30 percent of the hits we send them. If you want to know an accurate number of hits you’re receiving and where they’re coming from, then use, raw server logs, and Keep in mind our control panel stat counter is used as the final stat counter when we run your campaign.

Why are the bounce rates so high? This doesn’t seem normal.

High bounce rates are common with expired traffic. When a hit clicks on an expired domain name, they are redirected to your site. They aren’t expecting your website and they may try to close the window because they think they are in the wrong place. If you have an attractive website with quality content and images then you could attract many hits instead of having them close your website. This can be highly profitable when compared to pay per click ads that can cost up to $20 per click. We only charge $0.00056 per hit. The better your content the greater the chance you’ll get a sale out of the visit.

Is it possible to send hits to Peerfly, Clickbank, CPA offer website and affiliate sites?

All these sites are redirecting sites. Our targeted traffic services do accept redirecting URLs. The Clickbank web pages often have sound or videos. Our targeted traffic does tolerate these features as well as pop-ups, but only 1 pop-up is allowed. Otherwise there will be visitor complaints. You are able to buy hits as an affiliate for other websites, networks, and CPA offers. You need to give us the affiliate link URL.

**If you promote an affiliate or CPA offer site, you need to alert the affiliate manager or network that you are buying traffic. There are networks that don’t allow this and your affiliate account could get canceled as a result. We aren’t responsible for any revocation or suspension of accounts when you use our traffic services indirectly or directly.
